During the Christmas of the early 40's, a young nun named Mary Helena (Amanda Krueger) was accidentally trapped in the division of the criminally insane mental hospital "Westin Hills." For days she was raped and tortured by the one hundred patients confined there. Days later he was found barely alive and pregnant. Months later, Frederick Charles Krueger was born in a breech birth and was given up for adoption.
